Because each Haven Woodworks piece is handmade and many items are personalized custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right.

Wood is a natural material, so variations in grain, color, knots, and engraving tone are part of what makes each piece unique.
